Research

My work develops machine-learning methods for real-world sensing and health applications, with an emphasis on robust models that can operate on wearable, inertial and physiological signals.

Theme 01

Wearable AI & Digital Health

Sleep-posture recognition, respiration-rate estimation, physiological monitoring and AI-assisted healthcare using wearable sensors.

Theme 02

Machine & Deep Learning

Representation learning, lightweight deep models, multitask learning, continual learning and optimization for limited or streaming data.

Theme 03

Intelligent Sensor Systems

IMU/accelerometer analytics, activity recognition, embedded sensing and robust intelligent systems for practical deployment.
